We are looking for an Office Manager (f\/m\/d) for 20 hours\/week for our Vienna office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your tasks:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative and organizational support for our team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overview of order throughout the agency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General secretarial tasks (reception and customer care, telephone support, independent preparation of documents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointment management and coordination of meetings and external service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordering and managing office supplies and consumables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of business trips, hotel bookings and travel documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">That's what we
